Mantra Counseling Services is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) who is adept in providing culturally sensitive therapy to a diverse clientele. Work Environment

As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to manage your work schedule while ensuring consistent and responsive care to our patients. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some allowance for flexible hours based on patient needs. You will interact with a collaborative team of professionals passionate about mental health, contributing to case discussions and performance evaluations in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, employing culturally sensitive approaches to understand the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient.
  • Develop and implement clearly defined treatment plans based on evidence-based practices aligned with patients' individual needs.
  • Deliver therapeutic services through individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, promoting resilience and recovery among participants.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and related professionals to coordinate holistic care for our patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing effective skills and calm demeanor to support patients experiencing urgent mental health crises.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, helping them navigate their recovery journey.
  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to mental health care.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions aimed at enhancing cultural competency and clinical skills.
  • Remain updated on research, best practices, and social considerations that influence mental health therapy.
