Our flexible approach allows for some scheduling variation during standard hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to cater to the needs of our patients effectively. • Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that delve into patients' unique experiences to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual, taking into account their specific cultural backgrounds and mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that encourage healing and resilience in patients dealing with varied issues.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health emergency support, remaining calm and effective in high-stress situations.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and valuable community resources to enhance their support systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and engage in ongoing cultural competency training.
• Stay current on research and innovations in mental health therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Your role focuses on diverse populations, emphasizing the need for culturally responsive therapy. You will engage with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community and immigrant families. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Strong theoretical understanding of mental health disorders, as well as practical knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Experience providing therapy that incorporates cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage complex psychological situations effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse array of clients.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications essential for maintaining accurate patient records.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and addressing multicultural issues in therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
