Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position based in Beaverton, Oregon. You will work in a state-of-the-art telehealth environment, utilizing our advanced counseling platform which facilitates video therapy sessions, scheduling, and client management. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Individual Counseling: Engage with clients through video consultations to address their mental health needs, employing therapeutic techniques that promote insight and emotional growth.
• Goal Setting: Collaborate with clients to define realistic and achievable goals, and develop actionable steps toward reaching these goals.
• Treatment Planning: Evaluate client needs and mental health conditions. Create and implement effective treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Client Advocacy: Support clients in navigating their personal challenges, providing guidance and understanding to facilitate their journey toward improved mental health.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of client progress and therapy sessions while minimizing paperwork through our administrative support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health issues. This ensures that you will be working with individuals who are seeking improvement in their emotional well-being rather than tackling severe or crisis-level mental health issues. We strive to match you with clients who suit your specialties and preferences in demographics, fostering a therapeutic connection that aligns with your expertise.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Full licensure required to operate independently without supervision, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• Proven ability to make clinical evaluations and treatment recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of various therapeutic methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient use of telehealth technology and related software.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth counseling, particularly with a virtual client base.
• Demonstrated success working with a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with contemporary treatment approaches and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 50,000 and 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and number of hours worked. Full-time employees will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and well-being. We value our counselors and provide weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
