Key Well Counseling is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our reputable outpatient behavioral health clinic. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to operate from any location within Maryland. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Services: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive client assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools to develop personalized treatment plans, and regularly evaluate client progress to adapt interventions as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous and timely progress notes, treatment plans, and necessary documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations, ensuring a high level of compliance and quality.
• Collaboration: Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment plans across disciplines.
• Crisis Intervention: Assess and manage acute crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing distress, thereby ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Community Outreach: Actively represent Key Well Counseling in community events and networking opportunities to build relationships with local providers, organizations, and clients, promoting mental health awareness and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and grief. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures all clients receive affirmative care that respects their unique identities and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland LCMFT license (or eligibility for licensure in Maryland).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with varied populations and mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in employing various therapeutic modalities conducive to individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Adeptness in forming therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and safety within client interactions.
• A strong commitment to providing client-centered care, demonstrating a passion for supporting those in need.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads effectively while adhering to deadlines and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with mindfulness practices and holistic therapy methodologies, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
