Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, history, and individual circumstances.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ unique objectives and support their journey toward healing.
• Offer individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients, ensuring they receive continuous support regardless of location.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, effectively managing urgent mental health concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage in regular professional development, participating in training and workshops to stay current with mental health best practices and compliance regulations.

Inner Peace Oasis primarily serves a diverse adult population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that allows for a non-judgmental interaction with clients throughout their healing process.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage a caseload, balancing therapy sessions and necessary administrative duties.
• Maintains a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy modalities, including familiarity with virtual platforms that enhance client engagement.
• Previous work in an outpatient setting, dealing with diverse case loads and complex client scenarios.
• Knowledge in specialized therapeutic approaches, such as trauma-informed care or mindfulness-based techniques.
