Key Well Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our innovative outpatient behavioral health clinic. In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier therapeutic services to clients across Maryland, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges.

Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As part of our outpatient clinic, you will have the flexibility to set your schedule, work conveniently on weekdays or evenings, and manage your caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Services: Facilitate diverse therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting treatment methods to suit each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate actionable treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continually evaluating and adjusting these plans according to progress.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant progress notes, treatment plans, and other essential documentation, adhering to both clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our dedicated team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Community Outreach: Actively engage with local providers and organizations by representing Key Well Counseling at community events to foster collaborative partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCMFT at Key Well Counseling, you will provide care to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, and more. Your empathetic approach and clinical skills will be vital in establishing trusting relationships and creating a safe environment for healing.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Maryland LCMFT license, or be in the process of obtaining licensure in Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a professional setting, working with a variety of client populations and mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families using diverse and effective therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to develop rapport with clients, establishing a therapeutic alliance conducive to healing and growth.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple caseloads and deadlines while ensuring thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or providing trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with mindfulness and holistic therapeutic practices, enriching the therapeutic process.
• Skills in adapting therapies to meet the needs of various populations and addressing cultural sensitivities.

Compensation and Benefits

Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, continuing education opportunities, and regular salary increases based on your caseload.
