As a Radiologic Technologist near Ashland, OH, you'll be part of a dedicated imaging team that supports patients ranging from newborns to seniors. From performing diagnostic X-rays to assisting with therapeutic and interventional procedures, your work will directly impact lives every day.
This role is full-time with comprehensive benefits, a supportive clinical environment, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate radiology equipment according to ALARA principles to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Evaluate physician orders, verify patient identification, and explain procedures clearly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and imaging managers to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Assist with therapeutic and interventional imaging when needed.
  • Complete timely documentation in EMR, RIS, and PACS systems.
  • Conduct daily quality control checks, tube warm-ups, phantom imaging, and maintain proper equipment function.
  • Educate patients and staff about imaging safety and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ODH safety standards.
Education & Certifications
  • Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Active ARRT registration in Radiography (required).
  • Ohio Department of Health (ODH) License (required).
  • Current BLS certification (must be maintained).
  • Continuing education credits to remain in good standing.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in PACS/RIS systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases across patient populations.
  • 3+ years of clinical imaging experience (preferred but not required).
