Job description

Job Title:Imagery Analyst
Location:Suitland MD
Required Clearance: TS/SCI
Salary:Negotiable
We are looking to hire an Maritime Imagery Analyst to work in the Suitland Maryland area. An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory and all work will be done in person.
Job Description:
  • Provide full-time Maritime Imagery Analyst support at the NMIC. Shift work will be required, and rotating shift work will be necessary.
  • Participates in other testing of new algorithm outputs and capabilities, to include data labeling in support of maritime GEOINT objects.
  • Develop and maintain desktop procedures, techniques and methodologies related to ONI, Navy and maritime missions supported via GRIN capabilities.
  • Assist with training of rotating or new personnel that may augment the overall Maritime Rapid Exploitation Cell (MarREC). This training may include hands-on instruction, analyst-to-analyst exchanges, or working aids.

Qualifications:
  • Formal military imagery analysis training or equivalent civilian remote sensing certification(s).
  • 2 years of practical work experience exploiting National Technical Means (NTM) imagery.
  • 1 year experience writing technical products, reports, and briefs
  • Familiarity with NTM GEOINT tasking and collection requirements mechanisms and tools.
