Join Our Team as a Branch Supervisor at IHMVCU!We are seeking a Branch Supervisor with a passion for building professional and personable relationships with our members and team members by being attentive, actively listening and providing educated well thought out recommendations. As a Branch Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in successfully handling a variety of member and team member situations with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. This position is based at our DeWitt, Iowa location, however regional travel to assist other branch locations may occasionally be required.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.Strong history of proven relationship building performance.Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision-making skills.Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situationsWhat are some of the day-to-day responsibilities of a Branch Supervisor?Making sure the branch operations are running smoothly such as: vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine, etc.Develop Universal Tellers and work to ensure that they feel informed about the policies, procedures and other relevant topics.Consistent one on one and observation coaching, along with motivating and energizing the team to be successful.Productively manage multiple tasks/projects at once and being adaptable within a fast-paced environment.The pay range for this position is $18.00-$22.00/hour.
