This is a full-time, 40-hour/week powerhouse role rotating between our buzzing Anchorage, Eagle River, or Palmer locations. Enjoy flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts for the ultimate work-life harmony. You'll conquer patient scheduling, registration, co-pay/deductible collection, and incoming calls with finesse.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years experience in a specialty medical practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Experience with medical pre-authorizations preferred.
  • Experience with multi-line telephone system, personal computers, and other common office equipment required.
  • Working weekends, rotations to our other locations in Anchorage and Eagle River, and regular attendance are absolute requirements of this position.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
