Job description

Position title: Embarkation/Mobility Specialist (Senior)

Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Plan and execute air, sea, rail, and ground movements for a special operations command.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan and coordinate unit embarkation and strategic mobility across all modes.
  • Build and validate deployment data in JOPES, ICODES, and IGC.
  • Prepare load plans and hazardous-materials shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with installation movement control and lift providers.
  • Advise on mobility policy and deployment readiness, support exercises and real-world moves.
  • 8+ years in unit embarkation and strategic mobility planning.
  • Current HAZMAT certification (IATA / 49 CFR / IMDG as applicable).
  • Proficiency in JOPES, ICODES, and IGC.
  • Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USMC embarkation background; TPFDD development experience.
