Is involved in the drug distribution process related to investigational medications utilized in clinical trials The Ideal Candidate Will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Experience in Investigational Drug Services with emphasis on managing the complexity of Investigational Drug Protocols. Responsibilities: Performs and oversees drug distribution duties per policy and procedures. Participates in hazardous/non-hazardous preparation in accordance with most current USP guidelines. Supervises/directs support personnel and verifies their daily activities. Participates in creating and/or maintaining protocol-specific medication order templates for prescribing investigational medications. Credentials and Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of Florida required. Either 3 years progressive institutional oncology pharmaceutical experience, Advanced Pharmacy Practice Residency or Ph.D. in related field is required.
