Do you enjoy talking with people and making things happen? Do you want to spend your time with customers instead of in a cubicle or lab? Do you want to start or further your career in sales with a successful company? We are hiring an outside sales representative to cover our San Jose based sales territory. This territory includes Palo Alto, San Jose, Fremont and the surrounding areas.
  • Primary responsibility is to promote the sale of our products within assigned territory in order to achieve sales goals.
  • Although we have an extensive established customer base in this territory, both serving existing customers and finding new customers is an essential part of this position.
  • Demonstrate products to end user customers in their laboratories and virtually.
  • Distribute literature to customers and potential customers.
  • Maintain and grow customer list in CRM.
  • Live within 45 minutes of San Jose.
What sets you apart
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in the life sciences, lab experience is a plus.
  • One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Interest / aptitude to sell products to life science researchers.
  • Customer Service Attitude - desire to go the extra mile for the customer.
  • Self-motivated - strong desire to succeed is essential.
