Job description

Job title: Equipment Package Lead
Location: Colorado (onsite)
Duration: Longterm

Job Summary

The role is for a Equipment Package Lead supporting API pharmaceutical facility capital project. The person will manage assigned equipment packages, coordinate with vendors, site teams, and an external design house, and ensure technical deliverables, requirements, and schedules move forward within a GMP / clean room manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead equipment packages from design through procurement and delivery.
  • Review vendor drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with external design houses and engineering partners.
  • Gather and clarify process, facility, utility, and site requirements.
  • Track package milestones and procurement timelines.
  • Resolve technical issues between vendors, site stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Support package engineering activities in a fast-paced CAPEX project environment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project engineering experience on large CAPEX projects in API/pharma manufacturing.
  • Experience with equipment package management and vendor coordination.
  • Strong technical document and submittal review skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, clean rooms, and regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to work with incomplete specifications and define project requirements.
  • Experience working with large design houses or external engineering partners.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exposure to equipment turnover, startup, or CQV support.
  • Experience with peptide or GLP-1 product manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera.
