An Identity Group in the workplace refers to a collective of employees who share a common characteristic or background, such as race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or other social identities. Identity Groups help foster an inclusive work environment, promote diversity, and raise awareness about issues affecting underrepresented communities within an organization.
