Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our Information Security team at Toyota Financial Services.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in SailPoint (IIQ/ISC) and Okta/Auth0 CIAM, with a strong focus on identity lifecycle management and secure customer access. Experience with Okta Workforce SSO/MFA, is nice to have and will be considered a plus.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and support SailPoint and Okta CIAM platforms
  • Collaborating with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure IAM solutions are designed and operated in alignment with established governance frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS, as well as other relevant compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with IAM trends and technologies to drive innovation.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of IAM experience, with must-have expertise in SailPoint and Okta /Auth0 CIAM
  • Experienced in SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC, with deep expertise in Identity Governance, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and roles.
  • Experience in Okta/Auth0 OR ForgeRock, with hands-on experience optimizing CIAM solutions for secure customer access.
  • Experience in access protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WebAuthN
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across IAM platforms
  • Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and alignment of IAM processes with audit requirements
  • Experience with ITIL, Lean, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
  • IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA, ISC2 SSCP, CISSP Associate)
  • Experience integrating IAM with AWS or Azure
