Job Position: Journey Level Metal Frame Carpenter

Job Location: Denver Metro

Range of Pay: $24-$35 hourly

Benefits:  Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and Optional Life Insurance is available after required waiting period.  401k with company match is available during enrollment period after 1 year of service.

Job Description: As a metal framing and drywall carpenter, employees will be required to install metal framing, drywall, and other scopes of work but not limited to metal framing. Production numbers and attention to detail are highly requested. Employees will be required to have reliable transportation to all jobsites in the Denver Metro Area, and report to work in a timely manner. Job expectations but not restricted to:

 ·        Metal framing installation (light gauge and cold formed metal framing both preferred)

·         Drywall installation

·         Sheathing installation

·         Radial walls/soffit framing

·         RF Shielding

·         HM door installation

·         Fabrication of boxed headers

·         Ability to read plans and details

·         Knowledge of partition ratings i.e.: 1 Hour Fire, 1 hour Sound ect.

·         Wall Assemblies (Full height, shaft walls, furred and chase walls)

·         Ability to frame hard ceilings and install drywall grid

·         Operation of lifts (scissor interior and exterior and boom)

·         Knowledge of gas Powder-Actuated Tools
