These apprentices receive on-the-job training and classroom instruction while working under the supervision of experienced tradespeople. The goal is to develop practical skills and knowledge required for a career in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, individuals often earn industry-recognized certifications or journeyperson status. Apprenticeships in the ICI sector are essential for building a skilled workforce and offer opportunities for career advancement.

You'll gain exposure to reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and following safety procedures. Apprenticeships are structured to provide both hands-on experience and classroom-based instruction, allowing you to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. Over time, you'll take on more complex tasks and responsibilities, preparing you for certification and advancement in your chosen trade.
