Looking for a job that’s as sweet as ice cream? The Outside Scoop is hiring a Driver / Ice Cream Scooper to help deliver smiles (and scoops!) across the Valley. If you’re reliable, energetic, and love working with people, we’d love to have you on our team!

About Us

The Outside Scoop is a premium, small-batch ice cream company specializing in bringing fun, high-energy experiences to events of all kinds—from corporate gatherings and school functions to private parties. We’re growing fast and looking for team members who can help us make every event memorable.

This is a unique, dual-role position where you’ll switch between being the Driver (leading the truck and event operations) and the Scooper (serving up delicious ice cream with a smile). No two days are the same, and the work is fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused.

What You’ll DoAs a Driver:
  • Safely operate the ice cream truck to and from events.
  • Take charge of event setup and breakdown.
  • Manage inventory, freezer temperatures, and truck operations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service at every event.
As a Scooper:
  • Serve ice cream quickly and accurately with a friendly attitude.
  • Provide high-energy, customer-focused service.
  • Handle payments (Square + cash) with precision.
  • Keep the serving area clean, organized, and ready for action.
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Holds a valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred). - Is comfortable driving a van or truck. - Can lift 25–50 lbs with ease. - Thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. - Has an outgoing, positive personality and loves working with people. - Is reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat.
