Job description

Diggerland USA is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Ice Cream Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team for the season! This is a great opportunity for teens and first-time workers to gain experience in customer service, food service, and teamwork in a fun amusement park environment.

Ice Cream Attendants play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by serving ice cream and frozen treats while keeping work areas clean, safe, and welcoming.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve ice cream, soft serve, and frozen desserts
  • Operate, maintain, and clean soft-serve machines and basic food service equipment
  • Take customer orders and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Provide friendly, fast, and professional guest service
  • Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Work as part of a team to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Answer guest questions and assist park visitors as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
