  • Installation and maintenance of ISV products, REXX, RMF, SMF.
  • System parameters/parmlib maintenance.
  • Managing incidents on storage related issues.
  • Storage performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Hardware knowledge on large scale hardware vendors (IBM, EMC).
