Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide expertlevel support and maintenance for Kafka and IBM MQbased applications within the enterprise environment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka and IBM MQ clusters to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace tools for proactive monitoring log analysis and performance tuning
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement scalable and reliable application support solutions
  • Analyze and resolve complex application issues related to Kafka messaging IBM MQ and data streaming
  • Document support processes incident reports and resolution steps to maintain knowledge base accuracy
  • Participate in oncall rotations to provide 247 support for critical Kafka and IBM MQ applications
  • Continuously improve support workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Kafka and IBM MQ application support incidents and service requests
