Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Minimum 3 yrs exp. in RPA Development

Prior experience in the Finance and Insurance industry a huge plus

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team on a contract position in a hybrid work setting in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
  • Process Analysis: Assess current business processes to evaluate automation potential and produce clear, thorough documentation.
  • Testing & Debugging: Test, troubleshoot, and debug automation workflows to meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Deployment & Support: Oversee deployment and provide ongoing support and maintenance of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise throughout the automation lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3+ yrs. of experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
  • 3+ yrs. of experience using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • 3+ yrs. of experience overseeing deployment and provide ongoing support and maintenance of RPA solutions
  • 3+ yrs. of experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging automation workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ yr. of experience working in the Finance and / or Insurance industry
