Job description

Infrastructure Managed Service Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Infrastructure Managed Service Senior Manager in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:
  • Manage project teams and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to junior staff and clients, offering strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of client programs and measure the success of the portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure services domain with a delivery-led growth approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with Accenture sales and solutioning teams, system architects, and design analysts to develop proposals and presentations that meet client requirements and outline the services offered.
  • Plan and install upgrades of database management system software to enhance database performance.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend hardware or software technologies to achieve desired database performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Understanding and supporting the Life Science industry and clients utilizing cloud infrastructure and software platforms on Azure and AWS;
  • Selling and delivering IT and infrastructure services to large clients in a global organization;
  • Utilizing AWS cloud services including VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, AWS WAF, Security HUB, and Direct Connect for software development and deployment;
  • Configuring and deploying applications with Kubernetes on AWS Cloud platforms;
  • Working with Microsoft M365 and Azure Cloud utilizing Virtual Machines, VNet, Azure Monitor, Azure AD, Key Vault, Azure Migrate, Azure Security, Azure Backup and Site Recovery; and
  • Utilizing GenWizard for automating operations.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
