We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Administrator to manage, support, and maintain enterprise content management (ECM) solutions built on the IBM FileNet platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering IBM FileNet P8 environments, ensuring system stability, performance, security, and availability while supporting business-critical ECM applications.

<>Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain IBM FileNet P8 environments, including Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
  • Configure, deploy, and support FileNet object stores, workflows, and document management solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform stability.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment maintenance.
  • Manage user access, security, roles, and permissions within the FileNet platform.
  • Support production incidents and work closely with infrastructure, database, and application teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and follow operational best practices.
<>Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience administering IBM FileNet P8 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
  • Experience with FileNet installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration.
  • Familiarity with application servers (WebSphere or WebLogic) and Windows/Linux environments.
