Job Description:

The client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator with extensive expertise in IBM DataCap, FileNet Image Services, Windows Server Administration, and enterprise application support environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of enterprise content management and imaging platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership capabilities, experience supporting large-scale implementation projects, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Experience working within state government environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


Administer, configure, and maintain IBM DataCap 9.1.3 environments.
Support and maintain FileNet Image Services 4.2.0 platforms.
Perform Windows Server administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
Monitor and optimize network, server, and application performance.
Manage enterprise-level code promotion and change management processes.
Provide Web Application Server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Develop project specifications, implementation plans, and technical solutions.
Produce testing, validation, and verification documentation for system modifications.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and operational procedures.
Communicate project status to leadership, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
Assist in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution activities.
Support project governance, change control, and compliance requirements.
Maintain detailed technical and operational documentation.
