Affinity Health Center is seeking a mission minded, detail-oriented, professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team. If you're highly organized, great with communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we'd love to meet you. Starting Pay Range : $26.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications) Location: Rock Hill, SC (on-site) Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, communication, and priorities Support board meetings, leadership meetings, and organizational events Prepare documents, reports, and board-level presentations Manage space and room reservations for main site Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual board, committee, and executive meetings Compile and organize compliant meeting minutes Coordinate travel, training, and logistics Tracking project milestones and ensuring cross-departmental initiatives stay on track
