Job description

Our client is looking for an IAM Business Analyst for a 2 month remote contract. We have an immediate need for a Short-term, part-time Business Analyst with experience in the following areas: Proven experience in process analysis and documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Visio The Business Analyst will work on IAM Stabilization with the IAM Engineering team. Tasks include: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current access management processes.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows. Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings. Assist in the development of future state process improvements.

Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve. This is a contract position. Compensation Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr Benefits Offered Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Deadline Applications accepted on a rolling basis until filled We are an Equal Pay Employer.
