Job description

The Assembler position in Wichita, KS, entails assembling products until they are completed to specifications and routing operations by performing the duties found under the responsibilities while ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize CNC Benders, Parflange, Deburring tool, Rotary saw, Hose Crimpers, Tape Measures, and various other hand tools for creating tubing and hose sub-assemblies as per customer specifications.
  • Follow the build instructions and testing reports meticulously to document product conformity.
  • Notify the lead or supervisor about defective materials or questionable conditions.
  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines as needed.
  • Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
