What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Hyrox coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Hyrox Coach, you need a solid understanding of functional fitness, high-intensity interval training, and endurance programming, ideally supported by certifications such as personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE) or Hyrox-specific credentials.
