The candidates need to have strong experience with the HFM module within Hyperion. They need to do majority development but be articulate enough to talk to business users as well. The location is down-town Dallas.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

Design and development of new functionality and needed changes for the Hyperion Applications

Project management for Hyperion development projects

Working on the integration of Hyperion Planning, Essbase and HFM with the data warehouse/management reporting project.

Working with the Corporate Planning group to incorporate the 5-year asset plan into Hyperion Planning and integrate it with the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Design and implementation of custom reports in Hyperion to address current company needs and improve frequency, accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Working on other Hyperion development projects with the rest of the Hyperion Team and business users.

Hyperion Systems Support

Maintenance on the Hyperion suite of products with primary responsibilities for the Essbase and Planning applications and secondary responsibility for Hyperion Financial Management.

Technical support including running data loads, updating metadata.

Support Internal & External Hyperion Security audit & documentation.

Managing systems changes and modifications.

Regular maintenance of the system including archives, security, system integrity testing and routine maintenance.

Troubleshooting problems on the system.

End-user training and support.

Minimum Required Skills:

7+years BI related experience with 4+ years experience developing and architecting solutions using Planning and ESSBASE 

5 years of full lifecycle Hyperion Planning Implementations
