Job Title: Azure Infrastructure Engineer (Azure Cloud Support Engineer) 

Location: Westerville OH/ Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer { Cloud Support Engineer } to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments. This role involves Azure cloud operations, Windows server administration, hybrid infrastructure support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage, Load Balancers, and monitoring tools
• Manage hybrid environments integrating on-prem and Azure services
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, VPNs, and Active Directory
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and system health checks
• Support VMware/Hyper-V environments and Windows Server administration
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and operational tasks
• Monitor system performance, backups, disaster recovery, and security compliance
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and security teams
