As we continue to expand our hydrogen fuel cell product lineand enter new markets, we are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer tocontribute to new product development, prototype testing, and lifecycleimprovements. This is a hands-on, fastpaced role ideal for engineers whothrive in a startup environment and enjoy working closely with crossfunctionalteams.
ResponsibilitiesNew Product Development      Design and develop mechanical andelectromechanical components and systems for hydrogen fuel cell units.
      Create 3D models, assemblies, and detaileddrawings using SolidWorks.
      Manage engineering files, revisions, andconfiguration control using PLM tools.
      Participate in preliminary, critical, andcrossfunctional design reviews.
      Contribute to DFMEA activities and riskmitigation efforts.
      Develop BOMs and maintain accuracy throughoutthe product lifecycle.
      Support design release activities incollaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing teams.
Prototype Development,Testing & Validation      Build, test, and validate prototype componentsand systems.
      Develop test protocols and validation plans forcomponents and complete products.
      Analyze test data, prepare documentation, andcommunicate results to engineering leadership.
Lifecycle Engineering &Continuous Improvement      Support fielded units and customer service teamswith troubleshooting and rootcause analysis.
      Drive costreduction initiatives and identifyopportunities for product improvement.
      Lead engineering change notices (ECNs) andupdate documentation as products evolve.
      Propose design enhancements that improveperformance, manufacturability, or reliability.
Required Qualifications      Bachelor's degree or higher in MechanicalEngineering.
      3-7 years of experience in mechanical design,new product development, or related engineering environments.
      Strong analytical, problemsolving, anddatainterpretation skills.
