Salary Range: $42,411.20 - $67,412.80

GUC is searching for a highly motivated professional to provide assistance and support for a variety of customer service-related functions and processes. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Representative I who will provide exceptional customer service through dedication to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and superior service for a multi-utility company in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized solutions for a diverse set of problems. Your ability to listen and respond attentively to customer needs and the ability to create and maintain relationships with clients is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Over one year of customer contact experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Ability to quickly learn specialized computer programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees by phone, email, or in-person
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • Valid Driver's License - Preferred

The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle CCS preferred.
Normal work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
