  • Analyze logistics spend and recommend cost-saving measures while maintaining service levels.
  • Act as a point of contact for warehouse partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Merch Production and Product Development teams with delivery timelines, tracking, and inbound QC checks.
  • Maintain clear documentation of logistics workflows for internal alignment and HQ reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably for consumer goods or entertainment merchandise (high SKU count).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, customs clearance, and tariff schedules.
  • Hands-on experience managing 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery partners.
  • Proven record of managing complex, multi-channel inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or WMS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
