Job Title: E-commerce Manager (English/Korean Bilingual)

Established in 2022 and headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, Weverse America is a fast growing entertainment platform connecting fans with distinguished global artist labels worldwide.
Weverse America is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager who will proactively identify, monitor, and leverage trends within the Weverse US Shop to drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and enhance overall performance.
This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of E-commerce.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and merchandising strategies for the Weverse US Shop to drive revenue growth, conversion, and overall product performance
  • Own end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product setup, launch execution, pricing, promotion, and ongoing sales optimization
  • Lead and support the US e-commerce operations team, including prioritization of day-to-day work, cross-functional coordination, and development of team members to drive effective execution
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to support business planning, prioritize key initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions for traffic and sales growth
  • Oversee product inventory and stock availability across the Weverse US Shop, and proactively coordinate replenishment, sell-through, and sellout risk management
  • Manage day-to-day website merchandising and operational activities to ensure accurate product exposure, smooth customer purchase flow, and timely campaign execution
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and shopping journey within the Weverse US Shop, and partner with internal teams to implement enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, customer service, and platform teams to support successful product launches and business initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual in English amp; Korean
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 8+ years of relevant e-commerce experience
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and processes
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify insights, and develop actionable strategies while managing budgets effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Salary Range Expectations:

The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
