We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Content Operations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is a blend of editorial creativity and operational rigor. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of platform content, from copywriting and scheduling to quality assurance and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive troubleshooter who can maintain brand integrity while optimizing content for user engagement.
 
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite 3x/wk)
Employment Type: 3-6 month temporary position, with potential to convert to full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute the content strategy by managing the daily content programming calendar.
  • Draft compelling, platform-specific copy for promotional materials and user-facing components.
  • Manage the scheduling and deployment of promotional assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support lifecycle marketing efforts through the creation and distribution of email campaigns.
  • Rigorously enforce Brand Safety guidelines to protect the platform's integrity and user experience.
  • Perform meticulous quality checks on all user-facing components to ensure functionality and visual accuracy.
  • Create, update, and maintain internal wikis and documentation for new platform features and operational workflows.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth department scaling.
  • Monitor content performance and platform health.
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating CMS platforms, scheduling tools, and data analytics software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (or willing to commute).
  • Quantitative data analysis experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
Salary Range and Description
$55,000 - $75,000 / annually
