The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for strategic thinking and creative development on all assignments. Must be capable of big idea thinking and the ability to provide the appropriate solutions to any creative challenge. Must manage creative guidelines while driving the development process with the creative team, focusing on messaging and creative strategy. Must have a proven record of creating and executing campaigns consisting of print, OOH, TV, radio and digital executions, bringing them from inception to completion, while being highly organized and juggling multiple projects. Responsible for writing and/or conceptualizing all forms of advertising including TV, radio, print, collateral, and digital. Entertainment experience preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
Establishes, manages and maintains the creative direction for assignments to meet business objectives
Collaborates and works cohesively on Big Idea and day-to-day solutions
Creates high quality, multiple campaigns for each project assigned
Effectively writes and communicates the strategic direction resulting in consistency throughout the campaign, as well as increased sales
Presents creative solutions and rationale in client meetings
Ensures all assignments are prioritized and completed on a timely basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):
Minimum 5 years of creative experience, including copywriting
Proven ability for presenting to clients in a personable, persuasive manner; excellent communication skills
Experience writing all forms of advertising including traditional and new media
Must be able to multi-task effectively
Self-starter who knows what to do and doesnt have to be told. Proactive
Previous experience with entertainment accounts is a plus
Work samples are highly encouraged.
Annual salary: $75,000 - $95,000
