We are looking for a rockstar recruiter who prides themselves on their ability to source and hire diverse candidates for positions at all levels. As part of WEBTOON's HR team, you'll work with multiple departments within the organization with a variety of duties and responsibilities focused on sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating of top talent to fill critical positions. You will be the candidate's first encounter with WEBTOON and it's your responsibility to represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.
** This is a 6-month temporary position. **
Essential Duties
  • Report to the HR team and partner with hiring managers in execution of sourcing and recruitment strategies

  • Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment marketplace, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations

  • Manage recruitment marketing by effectively utilizing the ATS tool and social media platforms to track and engage candidates

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through pro-active market research and on-going relation

  • Create a positive candidate experience and be the brand cheerleader

  • Identify, plan, manage and attend networking events that will connect you directly with talent

  • Understand and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques, and provide guidance to hiring managers in assessing candidate's ability to perform well in our environment

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and modern technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

  • Perform special projects, as needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in-house or agency recruitment experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to build trust with talent of all levels and propensity for understanding the factors and motivations driving their career decisions

  • Strong knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices

  • Ability to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs

  • Resilient to change and the ability to roll with an ever-changing and fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to work autonomously

  • Familiar with Clear Company or similar ATS system

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)
