About the Role
Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across the Spring/Pasadena, TX area. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.
What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Texas HVAC license/certification as required for the role
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
