About the Role
Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled residential HVAC professional to take ownership of complex service calls, provide expert solutions for homeowners, and help develop the next generation of technicians.
With 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workmanship, solving challenging problems, and representing Champion & Nash as a trusted HVAC professional in the community.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
  • Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites.
  • Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information.
  • Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
