We're open to a range of experience for this role - from install helpers ready to grow into the trade, to seasoned installers and leads who can run a job from start to finish. What You'll Do
  • 1 year of HVAC installer or install helper residential HVAC systems - units, ductwork, line sets, and accessories
  • Run or assist on installs depending on your experience level
  • Deliver clean, code-compliant work and verify system performance before leaving the job
  • Mentor or learn from the crew around you, depending on where you're at
  • Represent McWilliams professionally in every home

What you need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior HVAC install experience preferred (helpers willing to learn welcome)
  • Must be at least 22 (company vehicle insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas in varying temperatures
