Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to start a career in the HVAC industry. In this role, you will work directly alongside our experienced technicians in the field, gaining hands-on training, technical knowledge, and mentorship in real-world environments. Duties and Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring.
  • Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution.
  • Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered.
