HVAC Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and safetyfocused HVAC Technician to join our warehouse team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient material handling, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth daily operations. 

Pay Rate  
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)  


Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Friday, 1st shift (40-50 hours per week) 


HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections 
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues 
  • Install HVAC units and related components as needed 
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently 
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members 
  • Complete service documentation and work orders accurately 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards 

HVAC Technician Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous HVAC technician experience required 

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics 
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred 
  • EPA Certification preferred
