Step into a leadership role with Carter Services, LLC as our next full-time HVAC Manager in Torrance, CA. Offering a competitive salary of $80,000 to $110,000 plus performance bonuses, this full-time in-office position rewards results and initiative.

You will work a consistent, full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in our Torrance, CA office.


THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC
  • 2+ years of experience in management or leadership roles
  • Financial competency, including KPI's, gross profit, and labor burdens
  • Experience with HVAC field software (ServiceTitan)
  • Positive attitude

Preferred:

  • C-20 license
  • Experience with installation, service/repair, sales, and operations
  • Competitive industry experience

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC MANAGER

As the HVAC Manager, you will lead daily operations and ensure top-notch financial performance by focusing on sales and profitability. Your day will include overseeing quality control, managing inventory, and providing oversight for dispatch, keeping everything running smoothly. You will handle customer complaints with professionalism and foster a five-star team dedicated to superior service. By coaching, training, and hiring, you will continually improve your team's performance, all while leveraging your expertise and experience with HVAC field software like Service Titan. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight as you drive results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
