HVAC Maintenance Technician

South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team for the PM shift. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests through the proper functioning of our heating and air conditioning systems. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates who do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities:

  • erform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking fluid levels, and lubricating parts
  • D
  • iagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
  • I
  • nstall new HVAC systems and components as needed
  • M
  • aintain detailed monthly and annual records of inspections and all maintenance repairs   performed on HVAC systems
  • R
  • espond to guest reports of HVAC issues and resolve them in a timely manner

  • aintain a safe and clean work area, following all safety protocols and regulations
