Our current needs are for hardworking, energetic, and dedicated people that are ready to learn about the new and exciting HVAC equipment that's taking over the future of HVAC. DUCTLESS PLUS isn't your normal HVAC gig candidates will learn how to work on the newest HVAC equipment in the industry! Forget about old gas systems you will be working on the state of the art Heat-Pumps Mitsubishi creates. Candidates will be installing Ductless systems in residential homes and commercial buildings, you will learn about controls, design, service and many more exciting things.
Ductless TECH is the Future of HVAC, and has out sold gas equipment in the past several years. Team members will also learn about the new electrical equipment and panel upgrades like SPAN and Wi-Fi controls & remote operation.

  • Certified HVAC Technician ( Preferably has knowledge on Ductless Mitsubishi Electric Mini-Splits Systems is a MUST )

Must have EPA Certifications
Basic knowledge of tools/ proficient with manual & power tools
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent customer service skills
Clean and neat appearance
Positive attitude/ Reliable / self-motivated
Valid drivers license & good driving record (( NO DUI ))
Ability to pass background check
