We're looking for an experienced HVAC Controls Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with advanced building automation systems in commercial environments.

This is not a basic maintenance role. We're looking for professionals with experience in:

  • HVAC controls

  • Building automation systems (BAS/BMS)

  • Controls troubleshooting

      What You'll Do
      • Install, troubleshoot, and service HVAC control systems

      • Support BAS integrations and system startup

      • Diagnose controls, communication, and system performance issues

      • Work with controllers, sensors, and networked HVAC systems

      • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers

      • Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

        Preferred Experience
        • Completion of a technical program or apprenticeship in HVAC or a related field

        • 1–2 years of experience in HVAC, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC controls, or similar systems

        • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related components

        • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, controls diagrams, and technical documents

        • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

        • Commercial HVAC experience preferred

        • Familiarity with BAS platforms and protocols such as Niagara/Tridium, BACnet, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or Distech

        • Familiarity with Schneider or Niagara building automation software preferred

        • Comfortable with IT networking and basic computer skills preferred

        • Ability to lift equipment and work in various commercial environments

        • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers and team members

        • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

        • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
