Sales Professional - HVAC Controls

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities for HVAC controls installation, retrofit, and service projects
  • Build strong relationships with mechanical contractors, general contractors, consulting engineers, facility managers, and building owners
  • Review project plans and specifications to develop accurate estimates and proposals
  • Present customized building automation solutions that meet customer needs
  • Negotiate and secure new projects, service agreements, and long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from project award through execution

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or commercial HVAC
  • Technical knowledge of DDC, BAS, and commercial HVAC systems
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications while preparing project estimates
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license

Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
