XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for Injection / General Warehouse!

Location: Plant City, FL 33566

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 Hourly

Shifts Schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Rotating Schedule)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hybrid storage boxes for preform storage.
  • Stage prepared boxes at designated Husky injection molding machines.
  • Transport completed boxes to designated pickup locations.
  • Safely operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the production area.
  • Assist with maintaining efficient production flow and organization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades principales:

Armar cajas de almacenamiento híbridas para guardar preformas.
Colocar las cajas preparadas en las máquinas de moldeo por inyección Husky designadas.
Transportar las cajas terminadas a las zonas de recogida designadas.
Operar de manera segura una transpaleta (patín hidráulico) para mover materiales por el área de producción.
Ayudar a mantener un flujo de producción eficiente y organizado.
Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio, organizado y seguro.
Cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad, procedimientos y estándares de calidad de la empresa.
Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con la producción según se asigne.


Requisitos:

Se prefiere experiencia previa en manufactura o almacén.
Se prefiere experiencia en el manejo de transpaletas.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie y caminar durante períodos prolongados a lo largo del turno.
Capacidad para levantar, cargar, apilar y mover materiales de hasta 50 libras (aprox. 23 kg) de forma regular.
Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente en un entorno de manufactura de ritmo rápido.
Asistencia constante, puntualidad y transporte confiable.
Ser bilingüe (inglés/español) es una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio.
